TERESA MARCELLO – Clinic Manager, Myotherapist and ART Upper Limb practitioner

Teresa graduated from Deakin University with a degree in Human Movement in 2000. Her interest in the field of anatomy and injury rehabilitation led her to complete her Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy from RMIT in 2003.

Over the last 9 years she has gained experience working  in private practice treating the  general public as well as with sporting athletes, having experience working with AFL teams, the Australian ballet, Victorian gymnastics team, VIS women's hockey, Victorian junior tennis players, Ironmen, triathletes, marathon runners, cyclists and martial artists.

Teresa has an interest in the treatment of all injuries most of all injuries affecting the shoulder, hips and headaches.  With her background in exercise science Teresa uses her knowledge to promote injury rehabilitation post treatment through strength training.

Teresa's other passions in life include travelling, reading and hiking. Teresa has currently travelled to over 30 countries through Europe, Africa, Central America, the Middle East, India and Asia.  The travel highlights so far being Morocco, Italy and Guatemala. 

ELLIE PARFITT - Myotherapist

Ellie graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy from RMIT in 2005.  Ellie's passion for the health industry has led her to complete a Bachelor in Health Science (Complementary Medicine) through Charles Sturt University in 2011.

With over seven years of clinical experience as a Myotherapist within private practice, Ellie has had extensive experience treating a variety of patients from office workers to various athletes including; cyclists, triathletes, Ironmen, marathon runners and rugby players. She has extensive experience treating a number of conditions including headaches, forearm pain, sciatica, rotator cuff injuries and back pain.

Ellie uses a number of different therapeutic modalities which may be incorporated into treatment, including deep soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and dry needling. 

Ellie's passion for travel has allowed her to see many amazing countries around the world and she has recently returned from a ski season in the rocky mountains of Canada. In her spare time Ellie loves to cook, ski, surf and anything else that will get her outdoors.

ROBBIE ALLAN - Myotherapist

In 2006 Robbie graduated with a Diploma in Sport and Recreation which included a Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness. With a sporting background from an early age and an expanding interest in the anatomy and functioning of the human body, Robbie decided to further his knowledge by completing an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy.

Robbie has gained valuable clinical experience treating a variety of sporting athletes as well as the general public. He has an interest in treating all different types of injuries and complaints, in particular upper and lower back, as well as lower body injuries. Robbie has also volunteered at a number of charity 'fun run' events such as; The Relay for Life and The Melbourne Marathon.

With his background in resistance training and completing his cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Robbie has a strong focus on injury rehabilitation through muscle re-training and strengthening.

Amongst Robbie's strong interest in all sports, he also has a passion for music, film, travel and reading.
